I missed yesterday. Forgive me, blogspot, will ya? I think I will ditch the whole 'what I ate today' thing.. I can't remember it all. Instead, I will just go back to posting me mileage and weight (Wednesdays). I did my 2 miles yesterday; I walked it all. Today I ran with Clay and Donovan, which really pushed me a lot. I didn't want to not be able to finish with them there to see it. Of course, I did the best of us 3. So since Sunday, I have logged over 6 miles. 2 miles a day doesn't seem like much, but it will help me in my overall fitness.
When I get paid on Friday I am going to buy a set of free weights. Probably no more than 5lbs.. just so I can use them in the cardio I've been doing.
