I got my 2 miles in today but my shin splints are killing me. I'm sure its the constant thudding on the pavement. I'll need to look up some stretches!

I ate like a pig last night so I was hoping to do extra today.. It might not happen due to these lovely shin splints. Maybe?

!UPDATE!

I did some stretches and my pain subsided. I ran another mile and threw frisbee for an hour. Hopefully I can get some good insoles..
