04/30/2009

So... I weighed in this morning and it read 195!! I lost 3 lbs my first week. I was very surprised b/c I have not ran or done much of anything over the past two days. Hopefully I can get out of this laziness and get back on the track. I'll try to run when I get off today.

!! UPDATE !!

When I got off I felt super lousy (I ate a big lunch from zaxby's).. so I watched the Power Rangers movie with Clay. After that I went and ran my two miles. I did it in 22:31.. Basically 11m/mile. That's good progress considering it took me 30+ my first time. We also went and played soccer after Pike got off work for little over an hour. So I think today was the most I've done.. Going to keep it up!
