Since graduating highschool in 2005, I have put on a few pounds - 30 to be exact. So I'm going to use this blog as a tool to help with my weight loss. I've been saying I'm going to lose weight for the past few years but have done nothing to move myself in that direction. The time is now.
The plan:
180lbs by Summer! [Lose 20lbs by June 20, 2009]
I have roughly 2 months. I will keep posting here to show my progress and maybe some before/after pics (eww)!
